Standard Reports

Overview

Business Accountz include options to view and print the following reports:

• Balance Sheet
• Profit & Loss
• Trial Balance
• Nominal Ledger

Reports For Your Accountant

Assuming you use an accountant to check and rubber stamp your books at year end, you should produce all the above reports. You can print them, but it will result in an extraordinary amount of paper, especially the nominal ledger report. For this reason we suggest you export and email all reports in CSV format. Your accountant will be able to open them in any spreadsheet.
