Management Reports

Only available in the Business Suite version of Business Accountz

Management Reports is a module that provides the following functionality:

Standard Report Enhancements

The Management Reports module extends the standard Trial Balance, Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports to include the extra ‘Year to Date’ and ‘Last Year’ balance columns. These columns will also appear in the Chart of Accounts and let you compare the current year with the previous year.

With the Management Report module installed, you can also simulate a year end even if you have not yet created any. This gives you the ability to view comparison management reports without needing to physically close a year.

Additional Reports

As well as enhancing the existing reports the Management Reports module also provides three additional reports:

• Aged Creditors Report
• Aged Debtors Report
• Uncleared Transaction Report
