Create a Template Purchase

  1. Click on Payments>Template Purchases in the main menu.

This will take you to the Template Purchases component.

  1. Click on the ‘Add Template’ button (the ‘plus’ button) to add in a new line/template transaction.

Add in the template name in the relevant field (this is the name that will be available for your selection when you use the template).

Add in the From and the To accounts and all other relevant details.

Add in a full description as required in the Description column. This is what will appear on the document.

Now in the Purchases area it will be available for selection when you choose the ‘stamp’ shaped template icon.
