Overview
In the Documents component of Business Accountz, the user is prompted after updating/installing to create a complete set of document templates. You can accept the system defaults or create your own using the Template Builder component.
Any documents subsequently created (such as Invoices, Reports, etc.) are based on underlying templates relevant to the type of document.
If you wish to edit the design of a document, you will be prompted to edit the template upon which it is based. All future documents based on this template will reflect these changes.
All document templates are located in the Templates component, and can be edited in the Template Editor window.
When you create a new (or edit an existing) document, it is launched in the Document Editor component.
Finally, all documents can be viewed in the Show Sales Documents, Show Quote Documents, or Show Purchase Order Documents component, dependent on document type.
